This week I have been watching lots of jiu jitsu videos in preparation for this Sundays competition and found this technique from the Submission 101  guys.

 

I have trouble getting the triangle on to bigger, stronger or very quick opponents, even if I break their posture. The triangle ends up being half on, however there is too much space so the choke does not go on. At the moment, I switch to the arm bar. This jiu jitsu video shows a transition from this half on triangle to a crank. This looks really tight, and I have definitely going to try this at training tonight.
