In this jiujitsu video Eddie Bravo demonstrates the level of flexibility he has what it allows you to do as a BJJ fighter. I found this jiujitsu video really inspiring and has motivated me to stretch everyday. In the comments part of this video on you tube, the submission 101 guys recommend a video from the http://fitnessjiujitsu.com/ website that shows a daily stretching routine. Has anyone tried this out? If so let me know, I am really interested in the results you have achieved.
